Being a very mature male and gradually feeling out of place in this modern world, I don't usually feel motivated to leave any feedback, where 'average' is usually the norm. However my recent experience dealing with Touchstone AV has changed all that by a refreshing approach to customer service. I cannot thank Keith Harris enough for his excellent service in dealing with my recent purchase, he was professional, polite and very understanding with some changes and issues with the courier. I cannot thank him enough for giving me an Old Fashioned approach to how to treat a customer...Keith is First Class. Looking for some new audio video equipment, want to be treated like a valued customer!!! Then you must make Keith and Touchstone AV your first port of call, you will not be disappointed.

I have used touchstone AV previously and have been completely happy with the service and products they supplied. Now setting up a complete dedicated space for my new cinema I had no doubt as to where to go. They supplied all the equipment and with lots of advice, time and professionalism throughout and at every stage of the install. I have used other companies in the past but these are my absolute first choice friendly, professional and amazing quality from start to finish.

Keith and his team are without fault

Keith and his team are without fault. Absolutely amazing service, they price matched and delivered extremely quickly. I cannot praise them enough. If you have or are looking for a high end Hi-Fi/Home Cinema, you'll be in very safe hands with them.
